I have not written a love letter in a long long time so bear with me!!! Here it goes…….
I had always believed and dreamed that this song would be something I felt for the guy who loved me the most. A guy I have not found yet. I think the song is about the truest form of love which never demands a thing and gives all. A love which makes one soar high like a free bird from the deepest pits of sorrows.
The other day (about a week back) I was listening to it on my Phillips go gear and thinking how the song touches me every time I hear it and that I still haven’t found a guy to dedicate it too.
And then I just started listening to every word Celine Dion sung and every line and every thought and it hit me in flash that I will never find sum1 to dedicate this to, simply coz I already have sum1 who fits this song dedication perfectly..U.
You are the only one ever who has loved me like that and I am indeed blessed for the same. I realize that what I search in this world hopelessly is being given to me by you everyday for years and years now. Its not that I don’t feel it, it’s just that most of the times I think it’s my birth right. Its not. U always had a choice to be a sister like other sisters and shower this special love on someone else in your life. But u made a choice and u keep making the same choice again and again and u always choose me. I am honored I am blessed and I love u just the same if not more. U make me happy secure and comfy like no one ever can. U make me feel special like no one ever did. Had I not had u in my life I wouldn’t know this feeling. You have taught me how to love no matter what. U never compromise on me, u never undermine me, u never leave me and u never hurt me intentionally.
I know we are soul mates in some way that is not dependant on the fact that we were born to the same parents. Frankly I don’t care why; all I care for is that we both love each other in a way people only dream about whether for their family friends’ soul mates or lovers. I am too, many a times one of those people. But deep down I know I have found that love in you and it’s absolutely fine that it’s not with a guy! I love u more than I have loved anyone or will love anyone coz loving u is the easiest most natural thing. Don’t be surprised to read all this. Trust me when I say that I have always felt this way. It’s just that I decided to put it on a paper with a song, today.
